Hennecke has acquired OMS

German PU machinary and equipment producer Hennecke GmbH Poliüretan who designed world’s first high pressure polyurethane dosing machine invested in OMS, one of the strong competitors located in Verano Brianza-Italy. The new company is renamed as Hennecke OMS SpA.

The two masters having key roles for a long time in OMS Enrico Lombardini and Dr. Med Andrea Mariani will continue to support new organization in Italy. Thus Hennecke group become into very special position in sandwich panel and flexible faced insulation board industries. Addition of OMS brought 160  new personnel and 18,000 m2 additional field into Hennecke group.
